What is Green Cleaning?
Green cleaning refers to using cleaning methods with environmentally-friendly
ingredients and chemicals to preserve human health and environmental quality.
Green cleaning techniques and products avoid the use of chemically-reactive
and toxic cleaning products which contain various toxic chemicals, some of which
emit volatile organic compounds causing respiratory and dermatological
problems among other adverse effects.
Green cleaning can also describe the way residential and industrial cleaning
products are manufactured, packaged and distributed. If the manufacturing
process is environmentally-friendly and the products are biodegradable, then
the term "green" or "eco-friendly" may apply.
Hydrocarbons are fermented by natural processes, resulting in 'instantly deep
cleaning', where even the waste water is clean and the dirt has been transferred into
harmless water, gasses and minerals. This new cleaning "beyond biodegrable" is accepted as the most sustainable cleaning technique currently available in the market. Enzymatic cleaning also reduces considerably the energy consumption of waste water treatment plants, because unlike traditional petrochemical and natural 'green' cleaners, it does not add ingredients that result into increased Biological Oxygen Demand and Chemical Oxygen Demand levels, both indicators for the energy consumption required to clean waste water.
