ENTRANCE & RECEPTION AREAS Your company’s image starts here! First impressions sometimes
are the only impression your clients and customers have of your company. Because the cleanliness of this area is so important,
we recommend the following:
● ENTRY GLASS Entry glass doors, window sills, and door handles wiped clean each service. We recommend having the surrounding
exterior windows cleaned inside and out on a regular basis. Yes, we do clean windows.
● DUSTING Reception tables, lamps/shades,
decorations and picture frames cleaned and straightened. Magazines, newspapers, and other publications stacked and arranged
in an orderly fashion.
● FURNITURE Chairs and sofas will be
vacuumed and neatly arranged each service.
● CARPETING Carpeting, floormats, and
runners will be vacuumed each service. Special care will be exercised when vacuuming around office furniture, baseboards and
electrical cords.
● TILE FLOORS Tile floors will be swept
with a specially treated dust mop to remove dust, grit and debris. Any spills, grease, tar and dirt stains will be damp mopped
using an O.S.H.A. approved cleaner.
● FINGERMARKS Fingermarks, smudges and
marks on walls and around light switches will be spot cleaned.

GENERAL & EXECUTIVE OFFICE AREAS We recommend
the following service guidelines. Customized service guidelines can be arranged to meet any specific needs.
DAILY SERVICE
● DUSTING Horizontal
surfaces will be dusted on a regularly scheduled basis. This will include: cleared desk tops, partition tops, computer monitors,
file cabinets, credenzas, picture frames, office equipment, etc.
● CARPETING Carpeted areas, floormats, and
runners will be vacuumed each service. Special care will be exercised when vacuuming around office furniture, baseboards and
electrical cords. Removal of embedded staples is available upon request.
● FURNITURE All chairs around desks and tables
will be arranged in a neat and orderly fashion after the completion of services. Chairs will be dusted on a monthly basis.
● TILE FLOORS Tile floors will be swept with
a specially treated dust mop then damp mopped each service.
● TRASH CONTAINERS All trash from containers
will be emptied and taken to collection point each service. Trash can liners will be replaced from client’s inventory.
● FINGERMARKS Fingermarks, smudges and marks
around light switches will be spot cleaned each service.
● GLASS Interior glass partitions and glass
doors will be spot cleaned to remove fingerprints each service.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS Drinking fountains will be cleaned, sanitized and polished using an O.S.H.A. approved cleaner,
hard water remover, and disinfectant.
● TELEPHONES Telephones
will be damp wiped with an O.S.H.A. approved disinfectant cleaner each week.

WEEKLY SERVICES
●
DUSTING All cleared desk tops and work stations will thoroughly damp wiped and polished. Telephones will damp
wiped with an O.S.H.A. approved disinfectant cleaner. Window sills and picture frames will be dusted with a treated lambswool
duster.
● CARPETING Carpeting will be detailed vacuumed.
Special attention will be given to areas along edges, corners, under trash containers, chairs and desks.
● TILE FLOORS Tile floors will be swept with
a specially treated dust mop and thoroughly wet mopped. Special care will be given to ensure that areas in corners and along
edges are clean and sanitary.
MONTHLY SERVICES
● HIGH AND LOW DUSTING Detail dusting of mini-blinds, ceiling corners and edges (cobwebs), baseboards, vinyl,
and/ceramic base coving. Office chairs and sofa cushions will be dusted and/or vacuumed.

BREAKROOM AREAS
To insure clean and sanitary conditions in food areas, we use only O.S.H.A. approved procedures and cleaning solutions.
Our staff is trained and knowledgeable in the technical procedures of break room sanitation. M.S.D.S. sheets will be provided
to you for your O.S.H.A. compliance records.
● TABLES Lunchroom tables will be damp wiped with an O.S.H.A. approved disinfectant
each service. Magazines, newspapers, and other publications stacked and arranged in an orderly fashion.
● CHAIRS Chairs will be damp wiped with a
disinfectant and neatly arranged around table each service.
● TILE FLOORS Tile floors will be swept with
a specially treated dust mop to remove dust, grit and debris. Tile damp mopped using an O.S.H.A. approved disinfectant each
service.
● FLOORMATS Carpeted floormats, and runners
will be vacuumed each service.
● FINGER MARKS Fingermarks, smudges and marks
on walls and around light switches will be spot cleaned.
● CABINETS & COUNTER TOPS Cabinet fronts
and counter tops will be damp wiped with a disinfectant each service. Sinks will be cleaned, sanitized and polished using
an O.S.H.A. approved cleaner/hard water remover.
● APPLIANCES Refrigerator, microwave oven,
coffee machine and other appliance exterior surfaces will be damp wiped, sanitized and polished each service. Because most
companies choose to have their employees maintain the interiors, this service will be made available upon your request.
● TRASH CONTAINERS Trash from containers will
be emptied and removed from the premises to the dumpster. Trash can liners will be replaced each service from clients inventory.
● DISPENSERS Paper towel and hand soap dispensers
will filled from clients inventory. You may purchase these items from our supply source.

RESTROOMS To insure clean and sanitary conditions,
we use only O.S.H.A. approved germicidals, disinfectants, and sanitizers. Our staff is trained and knowledgeable in the technical
procedures of restroom sanitation. M.S.D.S. sheets will be provided to you for your O.S.H.A. compliance records.
● TILE
FLOORS Tile floors will be cleaned and sanitized using a specially treated dust mop
and thoroughly wet mopped with a germicidal floor cleaner. Special care will be given to ensure that areas around toilets,
urinals, corners and edges are clean and sanitary.
● FIXTURES Toilets, urinals, privacy stall partitions, and metal
work will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
● VANITY Vanity mirrors, sinks, faucets,
counter tops, back-splashes, dispensers, and metal work will be cleaned, sanitized and polished each service using an O.S.H.A.
approved cleaner.
● TRASH CONTAINERS Trash from containers
will be emptied and removed from the premises to the dumpster, can liners will be replaced each service from client’s
inventory.
● DUSTING Ventilation fans, partition
tops, wall tile coving and lighting fixtures will be dusted as needed.
● SUPPLIES Toilet tissue, hand towel, hand soap,
air freshener, and other consumable product dispensers will be filled from clients inventory. You may purchase these items
from our supply source. All items purchased will be conveniently itemized on your regular monthly invoice.
